Automatically pull in title instead of link

Good morning,

In my last vbulletin installation, I had it set so that links were automatically changed to a hyperlinked title - ie,

http://www.barbaraling.com/forums/

would change to the (a href=http://www.barbaraling.com/forums)Inner Expert Forums(/a)

Right now, my forums are showing only the link (and not the hyperlinked title of the links).

How can I fix this?
