My vBulletin was hacked
 

hi friends,

My vBulletin was hacked and cant enter in the forum anymore.
Attack was 13-05-2010 and only have a backup of 14-05-2010.

The attacker changed my password and close the forum with a message.

Tried to enter in my phpmyadmin and change my password, but cant get access dont know why.
Can someone help me please?

I tried to open the board in Table: vns_setting changing the value 0 to 1 but without sucess...

Alright what you need to do is upload tools.php in your admincp and then run it in your url www.viciadosnosexo.com/admincp/tools.php and it will make you put your vb customer number. Now click restore admin access and with a new account that you have made and it will give you full admin access then go to admin control panel log find his IP make a .htaccess file in your root forum directory and put

[CODE]deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx[/CODE

Already have my forum online and banned his IP via .htaccess like you said.

About your recommendations, I cant install that pre firewall because I am using an old vbulletin version, 3.7.4.

Any suggestions for me?
I dont want to spend $175 to renew my license because I dont have any profit with the forum anymore... :/
