DDOS Protection Server and Brute Force
I do have exactly the same problem as this guy:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=171633 But fortunately i just managed to get into admin panel when I was "testing around". So i disabled the strike login option in general settings because I dont want to keep seeing "failed login attempts"... Since im placing my server behind a DDOS protection server, then how to deal with brute force attempts? Somebody told me it's possible to set it up inside admin panel but how to do that? I mean how to "bypass" and show real IP behind DDOS protection server when it comes to the login strokes? |
Your proxy server should forward the real IP address instead of it's own. That is the only real solution.
