remove img tag permissions from user?

Any way to prevent a user from being able to use the img tags?

I have a member that likes to post inappropriate pics, otherwise he is a valued member so I dont want to ban him.

just tell him to stop posting images... moderation is not only blocking people, it is also to be able to talk to them... if he is valuable enough, you are supposed to be able to tell him.

else, just move it to a usergroup that do not have img permissions.
