Postbit buttons floating around. Has anyone fixed this?

The postbit buttons go out of place when the browser window is too narrow (and, also, I've seen it happen at full screen width on IE on some Windows 7 laptops...)

It's definitely a stock VB4 problem, here's a screenshot taken on the vbulletin.com forums:

Has anyone managed to fix this? It seems like it shouldn't be too hard...
