Internet Explorer widget shrinks width of pic in Internet Explorer

Hi, I have built a widget showing a 300X250 image (display ad) and it works fine in all browsers but Internet Explorer. In IE, the widget closes in about 5 pixels. I believe that the widget shrinks with the page, which is strange, because my layout is setup as a 25/75/ 300 px. I believe that there must be an additional line of code that I will need to place in either the CSS of templates to resolve this. Again, the issue is only noticed with Internet Explorer.
