Mod to ban user's from thread based on thread creator's ignore list
 

This mod would ban a user from posting in a thread if the thread creator has that user on their ignore list, or on some other list maintained by this mod. This way people the thread author doesn't want to deal with can't post in their threads. Ideally this would be a feature available to certain usergroups only... any chance someone will run with this?:D

I see there is a similar mod for 3.7.x (I have 3.8.x) that should work but it hasn't been updated in 2 years and doesn't work on specific usergroups.
