html/php widget

Hi,
I have a problem with the widgets of CMS, I would like to integrate a script that is in a html page or php (http://www.virtualforce.it/warrock/warrockserver.html) (http://www.virtualforce.it/warrock/warrockserver.php) as I do? If I put a link to the html page is not seen nothing, if I put the description in the source html page some symbols like "are not compatible.
