Looking for server/forum support and help

I am hoping to find someone who has knows vbulletin and how to set things up w/ servers well. We are currently running version 3.7.3 but are considering upgrading. We are also having issues of people getting locked out when using smilies or opening too many pages at once. The server says it is a vbulletin issue but we have heard from more people that it is not. We need someone to either look at our server settings and see if it can be corrected there or we need to change servers to one where we wont have our members getting kicked out.

If anyone who has experience with this could let me know what you would charge to do these things, please let me know. We are a relatively small forum. Threads: 11,926, Posts: 258,204, Members: 525

Thanks

find a better host with no "unlimited" stuff in the list--- or a justified unlimited.

if your host staff tells you it is related to vBulletin, it is because they want to leech you as much profits they can get...

I agree. I think it is the host too but we dont know how to fix it other than to change servers. And we are not able to do that without someone helping.

That's why I posted. We want to hire someone but I wondered what it would cost to do these things. I am hoping someone will contact me that could do the work.

If you wish to hire someone, please post in the paid requests forum. Thanks.
