Deny Certain Links

allot of users are posting usercash, linkbucks and any other rubbish they can find plus links to there websites
I would like to deny these links from getting posted, I have seen on another site A pop-up window with a message appearing saying these links are banned and is not allowed to be posted here

Anyone know what mod this might be thanks
