text bar with google chrome

hi,

i am using a google chrome but sometime when i select color ,its not slected
and only color codes showed ... like this check this screen shot
Check this

but i noticed when i use internet explore and Mozilla , this error is not happen

so, can anyone tell me and solve this issue
