June BOTM Nominations

This is the nomination thread for Board of the Month of June 2010.

Let me reiterate the rules for this thread:

Only post nominations or seconds, no chatter.
All seconds are to be placed in 1 post, with a max of 3.
All seconds should include the word "second" or "+1".
All posts must be in English.

Please abide by these rules or your post will be removed.

Nominations will be accepted until the 4th June 2010.

When nominating please post the site name, URL to the forum, a short description what makes your board stand out from default vBulletin, and a reason for nomination that will motivate others to second the nomination. If the staff feels that a nomination post is too promotional it will be edited accordingly.

Any sites without a name, URL, description and reason for nomination will NOT be entered into the poll. Please ensure that your nomination is in the format:

When seconding sites, please ensure that you use the same post for the maximum of 3 allowed seconds. Any seconds not located in your first seconding post will not be counted. Please also ensure that you quote the nomination post you are seconding in your post (Use Multi-Quote Option if you are nomination multiple boards). If there is no name or URL provided then the post will be ignored when the nominations are counted.

Also, please make sure that you are seconding a forum that has already been nominated by its forum owner. Any seconds for a forum that has not been nominated yet will be counted as null and void.

A really worked custom theme, positive changes since his creation and users very very active. I think that could be interesting for people on the internet.

Patientenfragen.net is a community for patients to ask medical questions. Medical personal like doctors, nurses and paramedics as well as other patients try to answer the questions. It is also a place to share stories and talk about medical and non medical topics.

Reason for Nomination:
Our community is very friendly and open minded. You'll feel part of the family right from the start. Medical personal spends a lot of their spare time to help people in need and to answer your questions. We have some custom mods that make the usability easier and since a few month now we are also available in English thanks to automatic Google translation. This means you can read the German entries in English without doing anything and write your questions in English and German people will see your question in German. Also the forum is very clearly structured and not stuffed with hundreds of sub forums where you get lost in the void.

From there, we do a pull from Trust Who's API and find out if the user is truly verified. Verified users are shown by a black/white Trust Who logo image in the threadbit and postbit.
* The sidebar is completely custom. Does not use any modification here on this site. The latest threads box and top posters are both custom coded to allow for optimized querying.

A nomination will greatly help to aid in pushing us in the right direction towards competing with the other top dogs in the RMT (Real Money Trading) market!

One of the nicer darker themes I've seen. Love the color selector options. I'd recommend you remove the "register to view content" modification because after viewing 2 non-forum pages - I could see basically nothing else.

Anyway - very nice customizations ==> Seconded :)
