help with creating dynamic URL from form element
Example:
I wish to create a form. Simple form, with: Selection box, with 5 -pre defined choices Form Field allowing user to type in a "string" Submit button. On Submit the URL will be filled with the form selections. So lets say in the drop down box user had pre-defined choices of: Fruit Meat Nuts Drinks Vegetables And they chose Fruit and in the form text field they "typed" apple then the URL would be: www.anywebsite.com/fruit/apple/index.html Can someone assist with the scripting for this please. Bear in mind the first part is pre-defined, so they simply select the choice in dropdown box. The second portion they can enter "anything" Cheers |
