Trying to create sections on home page from specific categories

Hi everyone,

I couldn't get an answer at vb .com, so anyone that can help I greatly appreciate it.

I'm trying to have 3 sections on the home CMS page, and each section only shows content from the particular category. For instance, Section 1: News, Section 2: Tutorial and Section 3: Articles. So when I add news stories, it will only go into section 1, and not bump out articles in section 2 for example (unless I add more section 2 articles).

I've added a pic to try and illustrate. Thanks

lol good luck making cms work like you want.

you might make a new layout with one column, and put each category in a widget in that order you have shown. may work!
