Before we go and shell out on VB Suite, is there an easy to configure option that will allow us to drag all the latest thread titles onto what we want to be a portal like page. Our aim would be to have our forum catergories listed and say display the 5 latest threads from each catergory on the home screen.

I can manage my way round most things that are VB, but I've never tried the CMS, so I'm just a bit concerned there may not be a specific option for what we are trying to achieve and we could end up with a useless piece of forum software, I'm no coder so writing custom widgets at this moment in time is a big no no.

If it would be too much hassel we'd rather spend the money on getting a coder to write a portal system for us instead.
