How to questions please

Hey all, well kinda new so I'm not sure if there is all ready a toy or something to do what I want but heres my problems, I hope someone can help me out before I pull someones hair out.

#1 - is there, any way or anything in development that will allow easy editing of colors, formats and styles in a "EASY" to use manor. IE: a gui click on this .. bring up the correct box, change what ever you want and hit save?!?! you know, click this change that color, stretch this background.. press save as xml and import it as a style?

( I'm about to pull my hair out when all you want to do is modify one little border, or a shadow and for the life of me I can NOT find the correct "hook") please .. please tell me i'm not the only one in the world that is TOTALLY hating the "color and style" configuration of VB?

#2 - is it possible to enable html or other scripting support for administrators in a message? Ie I want to be able to write code for a widget and put it in a message, or to messagetize an existing web page. is that possible.? or something similar.

ie i have a collection of bands, each band has its own write up / review.. i want to be able to add rss, blogs, facebook widgets ect to the message. So i can keep everything in one place so as to speak.

Thank You,

#1: No. Forget it. Not gonna happen in our lifetimes.

#2: HTML is enabled by default for admins.

1) The whole style system is being revisited. We don't know what it will end up looking like, so we can't really answer that question.

2) HTML is enabled per forum, not per usergroup. I know there used to be a mod for 3.x that would allow you to enable it per usergroup but I don't know if that mod was updated.
