Article Subscriptions

Allow users to subscribe to an article the same as they can to a thread.
Alert them when the article is edited or a new comment is added.
Preferably allow the user to select if they want updates just for article edits or comment edits or both.

Also allow subscriptions to categories so they can see when new articles are added. Similar to "New Posts" but for articles.

If anyone decides to make this, thank you.
