vb.org Archive - Thread Starter Above Sub Forums?

I just created 260 subforums under one main forum. I need the sticky thread starter to show up above all of those. i have found that it can be changed in FORUMDISPLAY but do not know where to go from there to change the order. can someone PLEASE help me with this.
It will not allow me to post the PHP because it is too many characters.
So i need someone with experience or someone that's had this same issue to help me.
