Adding content outside of vBulletin body
 

In the attached image I want to add some content there, be it a banner, sidebar or advertisement.

But I can't figure out how to add it there as, using the templates, I can't seem to add anything outside of VB.

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

EDIT: Basically, what I'm trying to achieve is a global sidebar which would exist on every page, including CMS, blogs, whats new, new post, new article etc.

Did you ever find a simple/easy way to do this, because I need to do this as well.
