1. Go to your ACP panel >> Custom BB Codes >> BB code Manager
2. Hit "Add New BB Code" and fill in as follows

I personally have two of the same BBcode installed but they are different sizes. One at regular size for forum posting and one a bit smaller for my news page posting.

To make a smaller one just adjust the size in the HTML Replacement Code.
