Color Switcher

Hi Guys

I'm Still new Here

I just get my Vb v4.0.3 and I wonder if i can make a color switcher same as in vbulletine.org

I found a thread here which quit same for what i want, but i want it to be completely same as Vb.org

Can any one help with this ?
