Need to Parse URL's In Threads Shorter Length
 
I have a great need to change the length VB uses to auto parse and shorten url's placed in threads. Right now it seems to be set at like 20 characters. So if a url is larger than 20 characters it puts a ... in the url to shorten it.

I desperately need to change this to like 10 characters so users cannot copy the short url and paste it in another window thereby bypassing my on click script.
