What exactly did you want to do?

Did you replace the 1,2,3 with your actual forums id''s that you wanted to do stuff?

That condition will work in some templates I'm sure. You can't just give us a condition though without telling us what template it is in. Noone can test it otherwise. Also, go find where the template is rendered in the code and make sure the variable you are using (in this case $forum) is registered for use.
