Better RSS Feed reader that pull images, video etc..

Hello!
I have tried the built in RRS Feed feature in VB4 but it doesn't seem to be all that great.

Does any one know how to grab whole articles that include images and video and post them as threads?

Thanks for any advice you could offer!
