Header Links
 
Hi, I've searched high and low, and perhaps I'm just wording my search wrong but here we go.

We have a custom header image with clickable links that go to various pages of the site. The header works fine, but the clickable links seem to float when different screen sizes are used or when the page is not maximized as shown below:

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm ready to tear my hair out over what I'm sure is a simple fix.
