Header Template Stylesheet?

Currently I set in my template header a custom stylesheet for a dropdown menu I have in CSS. The menu works fine, but the fonts are incorrect and it appears to be taking the fonts from the templates main css style.

Is there a way to allow custom css styles to the header template bit?
