But i guess this is just for forums and wudnt work on my publishing suite right?

It has only been tested on forums yes, We havent started to make the full suite yet unfortunately.

Only 4.0.2 ? By install this style gives an error on my 4.0.3!

should work with 4.0.3 as well , as you can see its working here : http://www.vbskinstudio.com/forum/?styleid=35

Like: "This Theme have a difference version number"!

Select the ignore version number setting when importing and it should work ? Let me know if it doesnt and ill try it on another one of my forums
