Why Can't I edit a Style in CSS? (vB4)

It has this message:

"This CSS file is obsolete and is available here for reference purposes only."

So where can I customize the style in vB4???!!?:confused:

In the CSS Templates (same place as regular templates). You might want to check out the articles about this over on vb.com.
