Database Error, need help
 
Hey I got on my forum today to find, only when trying to view a forum (not the home page of the forum) or a forum thread, I get this database error, I have no idea what it means or what to do to fix it. Things were working fine before but now this, any help would be great! Thanks and sorry if this is the wrong section,

You have a crashed table. Go to Maintenance > repair/optimize tables, select the post table, repair/optimize it. You may have to run that a couple of times until it says OK.
