Delete User when field = "1"

Folks,
I'm looking for a script when one of the fields is = to "1".

I have a bunch of spam accounts and they all have put 1 in one of the fields. Have deleted some of them manually but its a chore, so would appreciate a script :D

basically I want it to run through all users and if field3 = "1" delete user.
