I wish that when people clicked on BBCode for Image https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2011/07/5.gif, would automatically upload the image on my server and present.

How could he do this? Someone enables this change?

Ok But what I want is some BBCode or system that will "pull" automatically all external images to my server.
