Navbar Hooks for Home button

I've found most of the hook locations by looking at the plugin system in vB4, but (of course) I can't seem to find one that I'm interested in...

I want to find out if there is any kind of hook in the navbar associated with the "Home" button which takes you to "content.php". I want to intercept the code that generates that HTML link on the "Home" button and change the link reference... Does anyone know of any hooks that could help me accomplish this?
