Sig Of The Week

I have searched around and only found a mod for this on v3.6 boards and was wondering if anyone has something similar of can create a mod for this ?

Should be set as a poll with the images

Users can only vote once

set cut off date

be able to have the winner and image on forums home under say stats with clickable profile and thread

Anyone have any ideas on this >
