Moved servers, everything seems to be working, cant login
 

Wasn't getting much luck on .com so i thought i would try the smart folk on .org :)

Hey all.
I have just switched to a new server.
I have everything setup working just fine it seems.
the forum is up i can navigate and read.
When i go to login i get to the login screen
http://xxx.com/forums/login.php?do=login
it says

thanks for logging in please wait while you are redirected..........
i am then back at the index screen as a guest.
I have tried loggin in 5 times and nothing different.
Tried IE, FF, Chrome
All with their cookies cleared.

Any suggestions?
maybe a javascript or something im missing?
I am logging into the server via an IP address 123.456.789.012 i have read where it makes a difference on the domain level with www and without.

same issue happens with the admincp.

Before moving you didn't edit your forum's "Cookies and HTTP Header Options" at vbulletin options on your AdminCP.

You can fix this problem by following the next steps:

1) Go to vbulletin.com and download your vb original files.
2) You will only need to extract 2 things and delete 1:

- Extract the folder named "install" and place it in your forum root directory.
- Extract the file named "tools.php" which is inside the folder do_not_upload and place it inside the "install" folder
- Delete the "install.php" file from your install folder.

3) Now go to http://yourforum.com/install/tools.php and

a) Click the option [Reset Cookie Domain]
b) Click the option [Reset Cookie Path]

4) Delete the install folder you extracted.

This should fix your problem.
