vb.org Archive - How do i go about imbedding this program?

All,

I have a Chat Room program linked from my Vb Forum. All instructions have been followed to inbed that program with the Vb Forum.

There remains but one step and i am unsure how to go about completion. The instructions and code are shown below. It sounds simple enough, however i hesitate to do it as shown below.

Can you give me a basic outline of how to do this install, without messing up the program?
