.XML to Sig Image?

I'm looking to pull info from an .XML page and out put it to a signature image. I know this can be done because someoneelse has it, but ofcourse they don't want to share, so I'm counting on the helpful people here at vb.org.

I've included the XML that I'd like to pull info from, I hope someone can help, thanks in advance! :)
