Paid Subscription Help

Hi all. I have paid subscription profile badges and now when someone purchases a subscription, it does not put them in that purchased group so it does not give them the membership benefits. This was working fine a few weeks ago and then just stopped. This was before and after the latest upgrade. I do not use 4.0. Nothing has changed with PayPal, no mods were made, nothing. It just quit working. I'm having to manually add the badges now and that's a real drag. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My site is Christian Paper Crafts. Thank you and have a great evening.

Just went in and checked because a member wanted a free badge to show up and now they're not even showing up. The box is checked in the user profile but the badge isn't showing up. For the paid badges, I have to start from scratch and check the box in their profile, as well as adding their user name to the subscription manager.

I see that this question has been asked numerous times over the past few months but nobody is offering up any answers at all.

If you think this is an issue with standard vBulletin Paid Subscirptions, then best to open a support ticket so 1 of the support staff can have a look at your site. Based on only this description it is not possible to determine what is wrong.

But you can first try the following yourself:

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.
