showthread.php Keywords Generated Where?

Please can anyone point out where in the code the showthread.php keywrds are generated. It appears that they are added in this fashion:

USER TAGS + CONTENT WORDS FROM POST + TITLE OF THREAD

But...where does that happen. What lines of code are turning those gears?
