Problems with Pagination on Custom Mods since 4.0.3

As of VB 4.0.3, I now have errors with page pagination on custom mods...

Example: http://test.8wayrun.com/media/c9-kogarasumaru

With VB 4.0.2, it looked fine, but now the last 3 elements are shifted.

Looks fine to me in Firefox. I see no shifting.

Looks okay in Chrome, Safari, and IE8 here too. A difference though - when I select '11', I only see 2-16, not the 2-21 in your screenshot. Same in all browsers. I have no idea what you've done to get Chrome to (try to) show up to 21.
