No Styling At All On vB4 Upgrade

Hey all.

I just upgraded from 3.8.4 to 4.0.3. Once I got finished, I went to look at the default skin and it was nothing but pure white.

I have no idea what is going on.

Figured it out. Some of the products I had installed were the problem.
