Is this real? How do you prove it?
 
Do you guys think this is a scam? or is it real? How do you prove it's real? How can I make sure it can transfer?

Best way is through the ebay PM system, seller must provide proof of license which can be verified through vbulletin. You have the right to see license information and proof it is transferable.

By showing the license number, it doesn't harm the owner in anyway since he is not providing a password word. Correct? I can just imagine him saying that he can't provide that until the sale is complete, which by then is to late....
