Vbulletin Spam
 

Hi my host has told me that my vbulletin is sending MASS error messages. My question is how to fix this / disable the email. My host said that my website / forums sent more than 7000 e-mail messages with the title "Vbulletin Error".

My ftp only has vbulletin files so it cannot be anything else, can someone help me fix this issue.

Did you try editing your SMTP settings in the Email Options in vBulletin Options? You may have to set up your email as SMTP. "Set this option to yes to use an SMTP server rather than the internal PHP mail() function."

Check the error mails and address the issue so you won't get any more of these mails.
