.org and .com down

Can someone explain why .org and .com were 404'ing?
This is a major first, for one wild moment, I thought the site got hacked and deleted.

I got no problems with .org.

http://www.vbulletin.com and http://vbulletin.com do not work for me, but http://members.vbulletin.com does work for me.

EDIT: It seems to be back for me now.

For me - Both sites were offline for quite sometime the other day.
Both work fine now though :)

The other day an indexing fault bought mysql to its knees for about 30 mins.
