StyleVar Modification
 

I'm trying to change the size of the forum icons on my opening forum page and I think I see how to do it, but I can't seem to get it to work. Here's what I tried...

Went to Replacement Variable Manager
Clicked Add New Replacement Variable
Entered {vb:stylevar forumicon_size} as the Search For Text
Entered 72 as the Replaceme With Text
Clicked Save

I then refreshed the page and there was no change. I read somewhere that forumiconbox_size also needs changed when resizing, so I added that as well, but still no change. I'm not sure if I'm even doing this right though, since this is my first attempt at adding a Replacement Variable. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

I'm using vB4.0.2 with level 4 patch.

Ok, I found the way to do this, but it was confusing to me where the change was supposed to be made. Here's what I did...

Expanded Styles & Templates
Clicked Style Manager
From The All Style Options Dropdown I chose StyleVars (this was buried and hard to find in my opinion)
Under the Forums section of styles forumicon_size is one of the options
Changed the size value from 48 to 72
Clicked Save

Very simple to do but hunting that down was a bit difficult. I'll need to keep in mind that there are very powerful tools in that one little dropdown.
