Can't access my board. After turning it off last night to do a possible upgrade
 
I can't cannot get into it at all. This also includes access by the FTP. Can anyone help? TIA.

BTW, I can't access email either.

This sounds like a server problem, not a vbulletin problem. You should contact your host.
