Various issues

I've got a couple of various issues I'm trying to get resolved with Arcade and VB 4.0.2.

1. "Store CSS Stylesheets as files" If set to "yes" then the style for the arcade is broken, if set to "no" then the style works kinda... Things like the navbar and breadcrumbs are not styled correctly. How can I fix this?

2. Additional.css template is not being added into the Arcade. This is causing headaches as I have, and I'm sure other users as well, placed CSS into this template that is for other components in the header and footer. How can I fix this?

Yep... I got the base styling issues fixed. But I still would like to know why:

1. "Store CSS Stylesheets as files" If set to "yes" then the style for the arcade is broken, if set to "no" then the style works.
2. Why the additional.css isn't being included. It is working properly on all the other VB pages and also in some custom pages.
- In reference to this I have noticed that the

is missing in the arcade template, I added that in and the template still isn't being included so there is something in one of the arcade php files that isn't right...
