New posts are bold, Read posts are normal...

I use a cookie based system to show new posts. And when showing new posts, whether you read it or not, new posts remain bold, making it hard for my users to quickly see whether they read it or not by the weight of the text.

Anyway to make it so unread posts are bold and read posts are normal weight?
