Auto Merge Threads

Is there a plugin to auto merge threads from usergroups, forums, by time? To prevent double threads in the forums?

Something similar to https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=203705 but instead posts in one single thread this will merge threads of one user in specific forums.
