WHAT is this MOD Name?!
 
K I am 99.9% sure I saw this MOD here on vbulletin.org.

It is a 3.8 mod.
This mod basically enables your forums to act like that of this vbulletin.org site.

It lets thread starters put the same options on their own site like here on vbulletin.org

Basically a Mod information Panel.
There was a mod here on 3.8 that I saw before that did this. What is it called?? Can anyone PLEASE find it for me?
