upgrading to 4.0
 
hello all,

i need help in regards to get my forums upgraded to 4.0.
i am running 3.8.4 and want to upgrade to 4.0.
i have mysql version 4.0 and i have created new mysql 5.0 and i did backup of my current veriosn 4.0.
now i need to know that how would i transfer or restore everything on new mysql version 5.0.

pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee tell me briefly what and how am i suppose to do this.
